In 2016, the detention division of Montgomery Technology Systems, LLC (MTS) was asked to step up and rescue the Harris County, Texas Joint Processing Center project. This project was directly affected by the collapse of a prominent Detention Equipment Contractor (DEC), and the bonding company for the project sought out a reputable contractor to quickly step in and finish the project.
